We look forward to getting your 60 Minute Massage scheduled as soon as possible. Since there are only so many appointment times available, appointments are granted on a first come, first served basis.

• There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time, your Groupon will be forfeited.

• Please bring a printed copy of your Groupon receipt with you when you come in for your massage.

• Upon scheduling you will receive a confirmation email which includes directions/map, and many helpful instructions.

• Please add cre8umassage@gmail.com to your approved emails so that you receive your confirmation email. (or check your spam folder)

• ADD 15 MINUTES of time to all appointments for pre massage intake preparations and post massage resolution. This means that a 60-minute Massage consumes a 90-minute block of time. This is an extension of care in our office and is of no charge to you. Thank you, we look forward to meeting you and helping you "create you".

All sessions begin and end at scheduled times. Sessions begun late due to client arriving late end at the appointed time and are full price. Be present (not under the influence of alcohol or drugs). It is advisable to limit sugar or caffeine and to have a light meal prior to your session, as this will affect your body’s response to treatment. You may wish to bathe prior to session to help loosen muscles and as a courtesy to the therapist.

*Your session will be held within a comfortable, quiet environment. It is advisable to have arrangements for children, as we do not have childcare available. It is best that all phones, pagers, blackberries and the like be turned off.  Uninterrupted sessions enrich your massage experience.

*All therapy services include draping or clients being fully clothed. Clients disrobe in private and are adequately draped during all sessions.  Some clients remove all clothing prior to draping themselves on the massage table and others leave on undergarments. Undraping of specific areas is required to perform work. Some individuals fall asleep during session, while others might temporarily feel joy, anger or sadness.  As the body resolves tensions, any of these responses are quite normal and no need for concern.  Most clients report having energy that they have never had before!

safe, confidential place of healing. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of session and wellness partnership.

*We accept Master Card, Visa, check and cash as payment options for your session. Any returned check will have an additional $30 return check fee, and in the future, payment by check may not be available to the client. 

*Cre8u massage & bodywork requires a 24-hour cancellation.  If you are unable to honor your secured appointment please contact us at 816-668-5961 to reschedule.  Failure to cancel your appointment with 24-hour notice will result in payment of session missed.  Package and wellness clients will lose a session. Excessive no call/no show will result in termination of wellness partnership.
